Cabin Rules
MOUNTAINAIRE LUXURY CABIN
No Smoking
NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the screened in porch. The cabin is entirely made of wood
No Parties or Events
Due to the stress on our community, we do not allow Parties or Events
No Outside Guests
We do not allow outside guests or visitors without specific permission from the owners
Not Allowed
The following items are not allowed: amplified audio devices, portable speakers, noise makers, PA systems
No Open Flames
NO OPEN FLAMES in or around the cabin as it is an ALL WOOD structure
Attend Your Fire
NEVER leave a fire unattended, extinguish with water after every fire
No Excessive Noise
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE, like amplified music, yelling and shouting etc, after 10 pm or before 8 am.
No ATV's
NO MOTORIZED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES allowed within the community
Swim at Your Own Risk
SWIM/HOTUB/TUBE AT YOUR OWN RISK always keep the spa covered when not in use
No Glass
NO GLASS in/around the plunge spa, the hot tub or the river
Pets
KEEP PETS OFF FURNITURE, pick up after them, crated when left alone, and leashed when outdoors
No Firearms or Fireworks
NO DISCHARGING of FIRE ARMS or FIREWORKS of any kind
No Trespassing
